This year, the 20th board of Vrisbi has the ambition to organize a new International Research Project (IRP). In order to organize a successful trip, the board has composed a lovely, enthusiastic and capable group of people to form the new IRP committee. They would like to present themselves below.

Brian Hewitt:

I’m 24 years old, in my 4th year, and busy with the last phase of my bachelor. Two years ago I was in the board of Vrisbi and helped organizing the IRP of that year, to Dublin. This year I wanted to do it again, but even better than last time. When I heard that there was a vacancy for the IRP committee, I immediately signed up to be a member of the committee. I really like working with this inspiring group of people and I’m sure that, despite the fact that it’s still a long way to go, it will be a successful trip. I’m looking forward to a wonderful adventure!

Dave Lina:

I’m 22 years old and in my fourth year as a student of Economics & Informatics. Last year, I had the pleasure to be a part of the congress committee, a challenge of my personal abilities and a marvelous experience. I would like to participate in yet another such event, in this case organizing Vrisbi’s IRP in South Korea.

The committee will be stretched to its limits making this trip happen, but it will be more than worth it! I’m roaring to go!

Edwin Sturrus:

I’m 22 years old and in my 4th year of Economics & Informatics. Two years ago I participated in Vrisbi's IRP to Dublin. This was a great experience and therefore it seems great to me to create that opportunity for a new group of students. After taking part in the congress committee, this committee is the perfect opportunity to realize this. I’m really looking forward to organizing this trip. It will be quite a challenge to do it, but I am confident that our committee will make it a big success. I have only one message to all potential participants: don’t miss this opportunity and join us!

Kavita Khargi:

I’m 26 years old and in the last year of my studies. I chose to join the IRP committee to leave my mark at Vrisbi and to end my time as a student with a bang!

My hope is that we can all learn many things on this trip, by visiting companies, exploring the Korean culture, and last but not least to have a great time with our classmates and getting to know each other in a different environment. I’m very confident that all participants will have the time of their lives!

Vince Feskens:

My name is Vince Feskens and I'm aged 21. I was also among those joining the trip to Dublin. We all had a very pleasant experience and learned a great deal, on both the area of knowledge, as well as regarding social skills. This is why I'm poised to take on the challenge of organizing an educational IRP, which will live on in the minds of the participants for years to come!
